Joni Eareckson Tada - Overcomer!

Joni Eareckson Tada - World-Changing Woman with Quadriplegia!

Joni Eareckson Tada - Overcomer!

Listening to Joni's vlog on YouTube, I can't help but think about the trials of Job. Joni grew up going to church. Just when she began getting a meaningful relationship with God, her life took a sudden turn that left her unable to use her hands and feet. Did that stop her?
This post has the vlog from Joni to which I was led and a bit of her amazing story.

Joni Eareckson Tada Overcomes Quadriplegia to Change the World!

Joni was getting set to go off to college, but that summer would be life-changing for Joni in more ways than one. While swimming with her sister, Joni narrowly survived drowning. The dive left her with quadriplegia; unable to use her hands and feet.

Read on to discover how Joni has gone from that life-changing moment to changing the world for thousands of people.

Joni did a lot of soul-searching as she recovered from that dive. In her video testimony, Joni shares some insights she gained about a very particular Bible verse- Jeremiah 29:11. "I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you"
How could this apply to Joni's life? Joni noticed that when the prophet Jeremiah shared this message with the people of Israel, they were headed into captivity and terrible hardship.

Joni Shares Her Walk of Faith
