I was trying to find a resource for free rulers for students in the community where I live, when I discovered this great offer of a wide variety of free school supplies.
Now, unfortunately, these are only available to teachers and students in the USA, but keep checking back, as with God as my helper, I hope to update this list of Free School supplies as soon as possible.
