Helping People Pays -Indeed!

Indeed Founders Continue Helping Others Through Scholarship

American, Rony Kahan, and Brit, Paul Forster first met, way back in 1994. Now in 1994, the Internet itself was a start-up.!  Rony and Paul were MBA students at INSEAD a small university in Europe that only had one campus at that time. Do you remember what the world was like in 1994?

A few years later, Rony and Paul reconnected in Washington DC, where they started brainstorming new business ideas. Finally, four years after graduating they started their first business, jobsinthemoney, a job site for financial professionals. In 2004, they started helping people find jobs through a little website called Indeed.

Helping Others Builds Indeed

By 2012, Indeed, was the Google of jobs! How did it grow?
“We became the world’s leading job site by putting job seekers’ interests first and providing the best possible job search experience in every market.”  Rony Kahan
Indeed is definitely a great example of how helping others can really pay off!
When Rony and Paul sold Indeed for a very, very, large sum of money Rony stayed on as Chairman.. and the two of them along with Indeed founded a very special MBA scholarship aimed at people who are not your typical MBA applicant. Here is some information from the Scholarship page:
