Influential Scriptures That Helped Change Lives
We all have fallen short of the glory of G-d and anyone who says they have not sinned is trying to lie to themselves, and that in itself is a sin.
There is no such thing as a big sin nor a little sin - just sin. There are however, very notable examples of people whose lives have turned around in profound ways.
Since helping a sinner turn from the error of their ways can save their life, I'm curious to know which scriptures have been successfully used in helping people turn their lives around.
I sent out the following request to my contacts:
"I'm working on an article.
Do you know anyone whose life was turned from morally corrupted to Christ through a scripture?
Can you please connect me with them or send me a link?"
To my surprise many replied ,"Yes, me!' and shared the scripture that had been significant in turning their life around to follow Yeshua, the Only begotten Son of Our Creator.
Here are some of the scriptures I received back:
• Galations 5:1
• John 4:16
• John 3:16
•
John H. of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan had this to say:
"Every real saved Christian (was someone leading a morally corrupt life). Jesus said that the sower sows the Word. Another waters It, most real Christians could likely share the Bible verse that they got saved with. Me: Jn.14: 6, My dad Jn.3: 16"
I also just came across an amazing story of a young woman who now works at the Daily Bread Ministeries. She had her life turned around by a scripture in a most unusual way.
