What Does Eating Biblically Mean?

Dr. Rubin pointed out in his appearance on Sid Roth's It's Supernatural, that the Bible contains clear eating directions we have lost sight of over the centuries. The Makers Diet or Daniel Diet, for example, a 10-day cleansing diet that Daniel and his friends followed centuries ago, is not just about eating pulses and drinking only water. It is also essential to include what many have overlooked - praying three times a day and eating in the manner of those ancient times - the largest meal being at supper time!

This shift in eating times is counter to what many of us have grown up with, but it makes logical sense.
