Free Ways Forgiving! Oops! For Giving!

How To Easily Give Your Time

Note: This post may have referral links that will help our authors eat.
Are you short on cash? Are you short on time too?  Did you know that there are some easy free ways you can support your favourite charity?
This post has a list of a few ways that I use to help give back during the course of my day that you might like to try too.

4 Easy Free Ways For Giving

  1. Pray. Prayer changes things! You can pray for the needs of the charity to be met, and you can pray for Our Father to open the eyes of your heart to ways you can be a blessing to others.
  2. Use what you have. Do you have things laying around gathering dust?  Get rid of the burden of dragging them around or cleaning around them. Give them away. Lay up your treasures in heaven where you don't need to lock them up!
  3. Be a  cheerleader! Tell other people about the great work the charity is doing. Share posts about it on Social Media. Call a friend and invite them to listen to a broadcast. Make posters and put them up for others to see.
  4. Sign up for a search rewards program like iGive, Microsoft Rewards or Swagbucks and give your points away! Hey, why not use all three?
I stumbled across iGive and Swagbucks a few years ago. Microsoft Rewards are new to me. I just got to level 2  so now I get more rewards for each search I do.

Do you have some more ideas for giving when you're short on time and money?

Remember:
  • Jesus didn't have enough money to pay his taxes
  • Peter didn't have any money to give to the beggar by the synagogue
Do not let anyone shame you into not giving cash donations. Shame is not of God.

May God Bless you and keep you,
Su
