Banks Offering Free Money!

Several Banks are offering cash rewards for setting up new accounts with them. How much money can you make? Well... that depends on the bank and the plan you choose. This post contains a few tips on how you might be able to grab some free cash by opening checking out what other banks have to offer you.

Each year banks try to get new business by offering special bonuses. It seems that bonus time is on now! I was lead to this first one a little while ago, but didn't have time to post this until now.

CIBC  Offers $300 Free Cash!

CIBC is offering $300 cash when you sign up for a new account. According to the lovely woman I spoke with on the telephone, here are the restrictions.

1. It must be your first CIBC account.
2. You must keep it open for 6 months.
3. You must either have one direct deposit going in once a month or 2 automatic payments going out of it each month.

The fees to maintain the account start at $4.90 OOPS! 4.95 a month, so if you choose that plan you would net
 300 - (4.90  4.95 x6) = 
at the end of six months!
Not a bad bit of cash for just opening a bank account!
